“VCE is demanding. It can be stressful and it can be taxing. In any case, there is no period, no stage, no year more difficult in high school education. Expectations are high, and the pressure is mounting as students race towards their first serious set of exams – it is easy to feel lost, hopeless and more often than not simply burn out. Personally, in my capacity as a tutor, the most rewarding aspect is being able to quash misconceptions, calm fears and to ease stressed students by drawing on my own personal experiences. Often, for some reason or another, it ends up that the classrom may not be the most conducive environment for learning. Through my own logical; easy-to-follow approach, I hope to shed light on the essence of each task, and for my students to gain a new understanding of the fundmanetal mechanics behind success in English.”

Having initially struggled with Chemistry in university and achieving the highest score of all in the end, I hope to be a great role model for my students and assist them through tough times.
